What is it?

Because Minecraft doesn't properly transfer Scoreboard data properly when you rename your Minecraft account, you will lose some progress within Nirvana whenever you do so. The same applies when you create a new account. To remedy this, we've come up with the Account Transfer System. This is a program that we've designed to handle your player data and make sure that you don't lose your most important account progress when you have to make a new account or change your name.

How does it work?

To get the process started, click on the button below to purchase your Account Transfer. Make sure to include your current username tied to your NirvanaOnline progress, and your new desired username. Don't forget to check the spelling on each! You may be asked to verify ownership of the old account as well as the new account. There is a $10 fee attached to this process, as it does take us about 60-90 minutes to complete the transfer based on the age of the account and complexity of some of the account history. Your transfer will be completed as soon as possible. While your account is being transferred, you are asked not to log into either account while we work to transfer your data. OPTIONAL: You may want to sign into your old account (if possible) just before we start the transfer. That will ensure that all of your data is up-to-date on the old account, otherwise a small portion of your data may not transfer properly.

What will transfer?

The following progress will transfer to your new account: Keeper Level, Game World Echelons, All Non-Daily and Non-Weekly Quest Progress, Vault Completions, Raid Completions, Player House Ownership, NirvanaArcana Class Grade Points, NirvanaArcana Class Unlocks, Arcane Runes, Bellatraux Farms License Level, Bellatraux Farms Sales History, Bison Bonds, PyriaMines Mining Merits,  PyriaMines Sales History, Forge Stamps, All Guild-Related Currencies, All Guild-Related Merits, Almost All Titles, NirvanaNet Subscription Status, Vegnacite Purchases, Collectibles Progress, Vegnacite Balance, Merchant Sales History, Vault Deathless Completions, Vault Timeless Completions, Vault Trifect Completions, Vault World Record Numbers, All Microtransaction Entitlements, Bank Account, Black Boxes, Wyndham's Favor, Peregrine Emporium Seasonal Entitlements​​

*Your player inventory and held Credits will automatically transfer without the Account Transfer System if you are just changing your account name, otherwise there is no way to transfer those items.

What won't transfer?

The following progress will not transfer to your new account: Daily and Weekly Quest Progress, Achievements (though achievements related to selling items to merchants will unlock next time you talk to the associated merchant), Arena Kill Progress, Hunt Contract Progress, Midnight Mass Progress, Wonder Heist Setup Materials, The Harrowing Passages,  Countdown Timers and other world mechanics, and Black Moon Slasher Vault Completions
